Job Title: Field Support Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Support Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Field Support Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major supermarkets, ensuring 100% availability of product on shelf, and maintaining store records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
  • Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory.
  • Support other brands in the McCormick family when required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage own time to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
