About the Role

Futures is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through new business sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, communicating new product propositions, and planning, preparing, and delivering responses to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate new product propositions to prospective customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our market-leading technology.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver responses (inclusive of presentations) to prospective customers, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management database and produce a monthly sales report to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and develop our corporate image and reputation, contributing to our overall business development plan.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide regular market activity feedback to our Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Experience selling advanced technology and complex engineered systems, with a proven track record in a technical sales role within an engineering market sector.
  • Excellent proposal presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Confident working in an autonomous role, with the ability to self-start and drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
