Job Summary:

The Governance & Oversight Analyst will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of breach management and corporate governance for the relevant management companies/subsidiaries. This includes working closely with the 1st and 2nd line teams across GFS and the wider Aviva Investors to facilitate accurate and efficient breach reporting for internal oversight and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational statistics relating to breach management, including monthly Depositary reporting and production of the monthly GFS breach statistics pack.
  • Implement and perform best oversight practices within the SIG function.
  • Maintain a good understanding of Collective Investment Schemes and Tax Transparent Funds in terms of their structure and how they are run for the benefit of their customers.
  • Provide strong administrative support to the team.
