Job Title: Paediatric Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and young people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a specified group of patients.
  • Act as a Team Leader, delegating tasks and supervising the standard of care delivered by junior staff.
  • Assist in the management of preceptorship for newly qualified staff and mentorship of nursing students and healthcare support workers.
