We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at Candidate Source Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assist with maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
