Key Responsibilities:- Deliver customer orders through manufacturing, focusing on quality and meeting time constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement through standard operating procedures and practices.
- Ensure Health & Safety protocols are in place, maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Manage machine maintenance, service, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate site maintenance and adhere to relevant legislation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Support back-office activities and company growth.
- Previous experience managing and developing a team.
- Site or Plant management experience is an advantage.
- ISO9001 certification.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- A solid background in Manufacturing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to do the same.
This role is ideal for a Plant/Site Manager or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a site and grow with the business, or an experienced Production Manager seeking career growth and development. On-site working is required full-time, and eligibility for BPSS is necessary. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.
