Requirements:

  • Site or Plant management experience is an advantage.
  • ISO9001 certification.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • A solid background in Manufacturing.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to do the same.

This role is ideal for a Plant/Site Manager or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a site and grow with the business, or an experienced Production Manager seeking career growth and development. On-site working is required full-time, and eligibility for BPSS is necessary. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.
