We are seeking a Senior Electrical Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering all aspects of Electrical Panel wiring, adhering to both company and industry standards.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including e-learning, to enhance the learning experience.
- Perform regular internal assessments and audits on trainees and existing staff to ensure competency.
- Assist in recruitment initiatives and participate in interview processes.
- Represent the company positively and ensure compliance with current standards in all personal activities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain industry standards and align with company expectations.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
- Promote equality of opportunity for all trainees and staff.
- Ensure that training content is relevant and reflects the latest industry practices.
- Support trainees throughout their development and collaborate with various departments to facilitate a seamless training experience.
- Uphold Health and Safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide support on production systems as necessary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all systems and a thorough understanding of their functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds part 3, HNC, or HND.
- Strong wiring skills, including:
- Expertise in Lead-Free soldering
- Panel Wiring
- Ability to interpret wiring schematics and technical drawings.
- Competence in troubleshooting and implementing corrective measures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A dedicated team player.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- Comfortable delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Experience in panel wiring and a solid understanding of electronics and PLCs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leak detection.
- Skills in electronic assembly.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Background in the Semi-Conductor Industry.
- Familiarity with OI PLASMA Systems.
