Primary Teaching Assistant - Performing Arts Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Performing Arts Graduate to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant in Ealing. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons, incorporating your background in Music, Drama, Dance, or Art to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons, incorporating your background in Music, Drama, Dance, or Art to enhance the learning experience.
  • Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, helping students to develop their academic and artistic skills.
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of creative projects and performances, enriching the schools curriculum with artistic activities.
  • Helping to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every child feels encouraged to express themselves.
  • Supporting the personal and social development of students, contributing to their confidence and creativity.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a Performing Arts subject, such as Music, Drama, Dance, or Art.
  • A passion for education and nurturing creativity in young learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a desire to inspire students through creative and artistic activities.
