Senior Test Manager - Defence Sector

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead our client's Test Team in Buckinghamshire.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of test engineers in a production environment
  • Manage test facilities and ensure compliance with Defence sector standards
  • Develop and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Manage departmental budgets and conduct employee performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree/HNC in Electronic Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in test engineering in a production environment
  • Demonstrable experience in test facility management and Defence sector knowledge
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics, signal processing, and RF techniques
  • SC level Security Clearance is mandatory for this role
