About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our Retail team at REISS. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stockroom, maintaining high standards of stock management, and supporting the store in achieving its operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process stock deliveries, ensuring all items are pre-retailed to the highest standard and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Manage timely replenishment of stock throughout the day, ensuring size availability is always maintained and supporting the sales floor with stock replenishment.
- Process stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with our stock returns standards and policy, and complete inventory scans daily to maintain stock file accuracy.
- Support faulty stock management and returns, and ensure stockroom standards, organization, and cleanliness are maintained to support replenishment and limit stock damage.
- Process Fulfil From Store picks and prepare them for collection, ensuring our company find rate target of 90% is achieved.
