As a Fire Alarm Engineer at Linaker Ltd, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive maintenance on addressable panels on a mobile basis.
Key Responsibilities- Completion of required work in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
- Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.
- Ensure KPI's are met by working to the site plan.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal standards.
- Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers.
- Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
- Protect the company's reputation by ensuring the company is portrayed in a good light at all times and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfill its moral, legal duties and obligations.
- Communicate and liaise with the client and helpdesk.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to our varied client base.
- Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner.
- Good basic written and numerical skills and comfortable working with Microsoft office.
- Exceptional customer interaction skills, quick thinking and an enthusiastic person who is a confident communicator.
- Ideally you would be well-versed and experienced in:
- Experience performing maintenance duties on addressable panels.
- Basic Electrical works
- A sound understanding of health and safety.
- Diligent, trustworthy and a great team player.
- Full UK driving licence as the role will require you to travel across different client sites.
- 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
