About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Manager at one of our care homes. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and management skills, and experience in caring for older people. You will be passionate about delivering first-class care and have a strong commitment to person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home is financially sustainable
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
