About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Early Career Teachers to join our team in Mainstream Secondary schools across East Lancashire.

We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment for our ECTs to develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of subjects to students in Mainstream Secondary schools
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
  • Recent completion of a recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS)
  • Experience of teaching children in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to ongoing professional development
