About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement efforts to secure critical services and drive procurement strategies that deliver real value.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan.
  • Manage the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed.
  • Nurture relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service providers deliver what they promise – on time and within budget.
  • Deliver a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in managing contracts and procurement processes, skilled at building strong relationships with suppliers, and comfortable leading meetings and monitoring service level agreements.
