The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration and preparation of documentation to comply with J-SOX, a system to ensure internal controls of financial reporting and correct external financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, preparation, and administration of J-SOX and internal audit for Europe and the CIS area.
  2. Perform J-SOX testing in line with the regulation and internal control compliance testing.
  3. Identify risk areas and work together with Internal Audit and all departments to minimize risk and implement countermeasures.
  4. Internal Audit report drafting.
  5. Ad hoc administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent written and spoken English.
  2. Five years' experience in J Sox/internal audit.
  3. Advanced IT skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  4. Basic accounting knowledge.
  5. SAP experience - downloading data from SAP for data analysis and collation.
  6. Cooperative, flexible, and 'Can do' attitude.
