We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Student Careers Officer to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our careers team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent careers, employability information, advice, and guidance to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance to students, supporting them with their career progression and setting career targets to achieve positive destinations.
  • Work collaboratively with our careers team and external partners to advocate on behalf of students and reinforce our partnership network.
  • Provide students with the information, opportunities, and experiences they need to make informed decisions about their future studies or employment.
  • Develop and deliver innovative resources and initiatives to support student career development.
Requirements
  • Experience in Information, Advice, and Guidance related work with students aged 14-16, 16-18, 19+, and learners with High Needs.
  • Ability to create and deliver innovative resources and group sessions.
  • Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake) and a Level 3 in Advice and Guidance (or be working towards).
  • Knowledge of qualifications within Further Education and progression opportunities available.
