CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a commercial office setting. As a key member of our building services team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Maintenance: Perform lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement tasks.
- Emergency Lighting Tests: Conduct regular tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Control Panel Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair control panels to prevent system failures.
- Plumbing and HVAC Maintenance: Unblock toilets, maintain pumps, and motors to ensure optimal system performance.
- BMS System Monitoring: Regularly monitor and update log books to track system performance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, and 18th Edition certification.
- Experience: Proven track record in commercial building maintenance with a focus on multi-skilled tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £24-£25 per hour depending on experience.
