Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Admin and Accounts team
  • Assist with accounts checking and cross-checking of invoices
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Book vehicles and services as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, 3-4 days per week

Location: Our office is located in a remote area with limited public transportation. A driver is essential for this role.
