We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our growing marketing team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of marketing campaigns and projects to deliver high-quality marketing and communications output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Hotel and Spa heads to generate briefs and campaigns for the team
  • Plan, lead, and manage a range of marcomms projects and campaigns ensuring marketing team deliver to a high standard
  • Review marketing spend, check campaigns are on budget, and track ROI
  • Support other departments with management of new offerings and campaign launches
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing a wide range of projects at once - A Marketing agency (B2C) with an account management background would be desirable
  • Confident with very strong communication skills with the ability to turn concepts into marketing output
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills with the ability to converse at ease with Directors and Heads of departments
  • Energy to be able to focus, suggest, and implement successful commercial campaigns
