About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Glasgow South. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social support to individuals, including planning and attending outings to community activities.
  • Administering and monitoring medication, as required.
  • Assisting individuals with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Providing practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, shopping, and laundry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers as required. A driving license and access to your own car are preferable but not essential.
