About the Role:

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the administration aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes on behalf of the scheme trustees. The team carries out various exercises, including winding up schemes, calculating member's pension benefits, and forensic research for schemes appointed by The Pensions Regulator. You will be the key contact for pension members and clients, answering queries via telephone and email, liaising with trustees, and attending trustee meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain pension scheme administration
  • Provide excellent service to pension members and clients
  • Liaise with trustees and attend trustee meetings
  • Carry out various exercises, including winding up schemes and calculating member's pension benefits

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in pensions administration
  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
