We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to adult clients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult complex care, with experience in managing a team of carers and developing personalized care plans. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment, where carers can thrive and provide the highest level of care to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team (MDT) through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide face-to-face support to adult clients and their families
  • Develop and implement training programs for carers to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the MDT to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in adult complex care, with a focus on tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of carers, with a focus on supporting their development and growth
  • Full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)
