  • Oversee an extensive portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Train and develop your team, supporting them to achieve personal and business goals
  • Foster a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
  • Review and analyze processes and procedures to optimize team and business performance
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with your team, recognizing individual and team achievements
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Manage escalation with tenants and landlords, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Report on profit and loss, forecasting future business performance
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team, staying informed and up-to-date on industry trends and legislation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing risk
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Vebra Alto and the lettings process
  • Excellent knowledge of industry legislation and regulations
