Elior is a progressive organization committed to utilizing innovative technology to enhance business operations. We are in search of a proficient Systems Tester to become a vital part of our energetic team on a fixed-term contract.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate our Data Lake systems, ensuring the integrity and dependability of our Data Lake infrastructure. This is a crucial position in maintaining the quality and reliability of our Data Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Design: Organize testing priorities, and create comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing; verify data flows, ETL processes, and transformations.
  • Defect Management: Detect, document, and monitor defects while collaborating with engineers to address issues.
  • Documentation: Keep test documentation updated and generate summary reports.
  • Collaboration: Engage with engineers and analysts; take part in Agile/Scrum meetings.

Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data testing, tools (SQL, Nutter, DAX Studio), and Data Lake technologies (Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks).
  • Experience: Previous role as a Systems Tester or QA Engineer, with expertise in ETL, data warehousing, and test automation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
