Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Procurement Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve buying processes and systems, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align buying channels accordingly, providing expert advice and support to ensure optimal procurement decisions.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Stay abreast of market developments, new technologies, and potential supplier networks, utilizing this knowledge to maintain and improve buying channel effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in procurement, specifically in developing and managing buying channels.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in spend data analysis, excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, familiarity with procurement software and tools, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of the latest trends in procurement and supply chain management.
