Assistant Grower

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Grower to join our team at MorePeople. As an Assistant Grower, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Grower in managing irrigation, pest and disease management, and crop husbandry.

• Support irrigation management to ensure optimal crop growth
• Assist in pest and disease management to prevent damage to crops
• Contribute to crop husbandry, including crop walks and project support

• Qualification in horticulture or a related field
• Basic understanding of commercial nursery operations
• Keen interest in horticulture and a willingness to learn and develop

Our client is a busy family-run nursery with a strong focus on investing in their people and site. They supply to large supermarkets and garden centres, and are committed to using innovative technology to grow a range of unique plants.
