What we offer:

- Competitive Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
- Performance bonuses available
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week
- No weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in disassembling and reassembling various vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments on vehicles.
- Perform Geometry Wheel Alignment.
- Handle suspension and mechanical tasks.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles pre- and post-painting.
- Manage the installation and removal of bumpers and doors.
- Repair interior plastics and seating.
- Fix exterior plastic components.
- Experience with ADAS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Windscreen repairs are a plus but not required.
- Disassemble, repair, and install dashboards.
- Address wiring issues throughout the vehicle.
Required Qualifications:
- ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 certification as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience in the field.
- Possession of a full, valid driving license.
- Prior experience in an accident repair center or with high-end vehicles is preferred.
