Part-time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Part-time Receptionist to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and issue security access passes
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner, screen calls and connect to the relevant person or take and deliver messages
- Book/manage travel and accommodation through our travel supplier
- Book/prepare meeting rooms and inform participants
- Book/manage refreshments and buffets
- Sort distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and organize couriers
- Clerical duties, photocopying, maintaining office equipment, updating records
- Monitor, control and order all office supplies
- Leasing with landlord for maintenance
- Additional duties where needed
- Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
- Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
- Communicate verbally with confidence and clarity
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive Salary
- Part-time – 12:00 – 16:00 at our head office in Warrington
