Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy care to patients with cancer, including prehabilitation and rehabilitation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting optimal health and wellbeing outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with cancer, including prehabilitation and rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellbeing, symptom management, and self-management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
- Participate in clinical supervision and mentorship of other physiotherapists.
- HCPC registration and knowledge of code of conduct.
- Experience of working with cancer patients, either directly or indirectly.
- Experience of complex case-management in long-term conditions.
- Ability to work on own initiative, organizing and prioritizing own and others' workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.
