We are currently seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to enhance our Support Engineering Team.

This team plays a vital role in testing and troubleshooting during product development, which encompasses the creation of support plans aimed at maintenance, obsolescence management, and ensuring seamless manufacturing and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate with minimal oversight to meet engineering and production goals efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and quality project outcomes.
- Mentor and train new team members to foster their development.
- Assess engineering tasks within your specialty and collaborate with other disciplines to identify interdependencies, ensuring the successful delivery of your work package.
- Enhance your engineering skills under the mentorship of senior engineers while planning for your professional growth.
- Hold relevant qualifications, typically a Bachelor's Degree, a recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent experience, with substantial exposure to complex engineering environments.Technical Expertise
- Conduct debugging and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide support and management for subcontractors.
- Possess a strong understanding of component performance and selection.
- Maintain awareness of other engineering disciplines (Software, Mechanical, Systems, and ILS) to collaboratively manage obsolescence in design when necessary.
- Identify risks and opportunities, take ownership of mitigation strategies, and execute them effectively.
- Have a solid grasp of software design principles and DO178 compliance.
