AMF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable Quality Engineer with expertise in NADCAP compliance to join a dynamic engineering firm.


Role Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the organization's products and processes adhere to the necessary quality standards set by all stakeholders. In instances where standards are not met, the Quality Engineer will identify deficiencies, develop corrective actions, and implement effective quality management systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the quality management system effectively.
  • Oversee internal and external corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with NADCAP standards.

Main Tasks:
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to NADCAP standards and internal quality protocols.
  • Analyze quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements.
  • Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance product quality, minimize waste, and optimize operational processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Work with clients to resolve quality-related concerns and fulfill their requirements.
  • Generate necessary documentation and standards for new product introductions.
  • Train stakeholders to meet established quality standards.
  • Support the organization in enhancing environmental health and safety standards.
  • Reduce internal rework through effective quality management.
  • Conduct First Article Inspection Reports for clients.
  • Perform internal audits in accordance with NADCAP checklists and AS9100 standards.
  • Ensure all testing is conducted per the established test matrix and address any failures appropriately.

Applicants should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience with NADCAP accreditation and audits is essential for this position.


This role offers a competitive salary based on experience and is structured around regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
