Tenancy and Leasehold Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy and Leasehold Coordinator to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, leaseholders, and social tenants.

• Act as a customer service champion, owning and resolving all contacts through to completion, implementing innovative and creative solutions.
• Assess and resolve a wide range of complex enquiries in line with established processes, aiming to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on tenancy and leasehold matters, ensuring that all residents receive a high level of service.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services, including income collection, Right to Acquire, and staircasing.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or property-related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
