Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proficient and knowledgeable Tree Care Specialist to become a part of our dedicated team. As a prominent provider of green services in the UK, this role entails ascending trees to execute various tasks such as pruning, trimming, and tree removal, all while ensuring their health, safety, and visual appeal. The Tree Care Specialist operates both independently and collaboratively, employing specialized tools and methods to perform their responsibilities safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Demonstrated experience in a Tree Care Specialist role is essential.
· A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures is crucial to safeguard both the specialist and others nearby during tree assessments.
· Relevant qualifications such as: Level 3 Maintenance (formerly CS 30 / CS 31), Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (formerly CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (formerly CS 39), Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (formerly CS 41) are highly desirable, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
· A valid UK Driving License is required.
· A keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn are essential attributes.
