Compensation Package

Base Salary: Approximately £40,000, depending on experience

Role Overview

The Fire & Security Systems Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire and security systems at our high-profile commercial sites, which span various sectors including education, healthcare, hospitality, and sports facilities.

  • The selected candidate will collaborate with our experienced team, managing a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Systems installed will primarily consist of large-scale networked solutions, including brands such as Gent, Advanced, Notifier, Avigilon, Axis, Bosch, Axxonsoft, Milestone, Salto, Assa Abloy, ACT, Plan, Paxton, Galaxy, and Texecom.
  • Due to the complexity of the projects, most installations will be conducted with a minimum of two personnel to ensure efficiency and safety. The Engineer will also be expected to mentor apprentices and junior engineers.
  • Our projects involve long-term contracts with direct client relationships, necessitating a high standard of professionalism and craftsmanship. The Engineer will receive the necessary time, support, and resources to achieve expert status with our core systems through extensive training.
