About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our EU Direct Fulfillment team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Direct Fulfillment business in EU Emerging stores.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Growth and Strategy: Achieve business objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's Direct Fulfillment business in EU Emerging stores.
  2. Vendor Management: Identify opportunities to improve access and scalability of Direct Fulfillment for all vendors in NL, PL, SE, BE through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
  3. Global Best Practices: Share and adopt learnings from global counterparts in other emerging country stores to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
  4. Vendor Performance Analysis: Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and actions to accelerate growth.
  5. Category Growth Opportunities: Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities, particularly in non-sort, HB, tail, and high ASP selection.
  6. Customer and Vendor Experience: Identify and manage projects to improve customer and vendor experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
Requirements
  1. Program Management Experience: Experience in program or project management, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  2. Business Acumen: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  4. Scaling Businesses: Experience launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business (retail), and product teams to find scalable solutions to cross early adoption barriers.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced Education: Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  2. Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
