Project Management and Control Graduate Programme 2025

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Project Management and Control Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering projects to customers and end-users on time, within budget, and to the agreed specification.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, Project Control teams, and Agile teams to identify and implement improvements in existing metrics and processes. Your role will involve updating project plans, preparing costs for work with engineers, and updating Risk Registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate updates and information from all areas of the business to plan project activities
  • Identify and locate project kit at various UK sites, travelling to physical locations as necessary
  • Prepare a 'how to' guide on the documentation suite required for contracts
  • Update project plans, prepare costs for work with engineers, and update Risk Registers
