Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Crown House Technologies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value MEP projects in the commercial, healthcare, or data centre sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the electrical components of a new data centre project in London
  • Selecting and managing innovative methods, materials, and safe systems of work
  • Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants, clients, and project teams on technical matters
  • Practical application of engineering principles and calculations
  • Establishing and overseeing local implementation of engineering systems, documentation, and controls to comply with H&S legislation and company standards

Requirements:

  • Previous project delivery experience of fast-track data centres, major hospitals, prisons, science, stadia, and high-rise commercial and residential projects
  • First degree in an engineering discipline (electrical), other construction or design-related degree, or an industry-recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment
