Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in a hospitality environment, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Answer incoming calls and emails regarding hotel room reservations, providing accurate and timely information to guests.
    • Assist guests with booking, modifying, and cancelling reservations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Reservation Management
    • Accurately input guest data and manage reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
    • Effectively handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Highly educated with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a reservations or front desk role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
    • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
