We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of Tropicana, one of the most iconic drinks brands in the world. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a breakthrough brand growth strategy that will change the way the brand and category are perceived.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that have driven brand turnarounds and category out-performance. You will be highly experienced in leading innovation and communications strategies and plans, with a strong understanding of consumer trends and behavior.

Key responsibilities will include:

Brand Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute a 18-month and 3-year brand growth strategy that leverages strong insight skills and in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Lead the Tropicana portfolio strategy, defining clear portfolio roles and prioritization.
  • Lead the renovation and innovation strategy and pipeline for Tropicana across packaging and product.
Communications and Innovation
  • Develop outstanding through-the-line communications plans off the 'It's THAT Juice' platform that will transform brand salience and differentiation.
  • Partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams in the brilliant end-to-end execution.
Performance and Consumer Obsession
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights team and category to be one step ahead on performance, drivers, and proactively recommending interventions.
  • Drive the Consumer obsession, along with the Marketing Director UK&I and Insights lead, to foster a culture of curiosity and ensure insight at the heart of decisions.
