Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager on daily operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence and meet branch sales objectives.
  • Foster positive customer relationships while supporting sales targets.
  • Assist in the management of branch operations and provide necessary support to team members.
  • Help the Branch Manager ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate records for branch vehicles.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the branch environment.
Candidate Profile:
- A strong passion for exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach, eager to engage with clients and potential customers.
- A commercial mindset to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in IT, including MS Office and industry-standard software.
- A valid driving license is essential; a forklift license is a plus.
- Capability to step in for the Branch Manager when necessary.
- Previous experience in stock management is advantageous.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience in a similar role within trade, retail, or related sectors is preferred.
