Position Overview

As the sports supplement sector continues to thrive, our team is expanding, and we invite you to be part of this growth.

Reporting to the UK Head of Sales, this role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated individual, whether at the beginning of their sales journey or an experienced field sales professional eager to enter the dynamic realm of sports nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with distribution partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and expand product listings with specialized sports nutrition retailers and fitness centers.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with internal teams and distribution partners to optimize promotional efforts, providing feedback on effective strategies for your customer base.
  • Create and manage a contact plan, documenting customer interactions, competitive insights, and business developments to inform your short- and mid-term strategies.
  • Travel extensively across the UK, visiting potential and existing clients, with a field-based presence expected for a minimum of 3-4 days each week.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design activations tailored to your customer base, ensuring timely internal communication of requirements.
  • Organize and host regular sampling events at key retail locations and gyms.
  • Assist in processing customer orders.
  • Attend domestic trade shows, expos, competitions, and other relevant industry events to promote the EHPlabs brand and product range, ultimately driving sales growth.

  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • The ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A willingness to address customer concerns by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Knowledge of the industry or nutrition is advantageous but not essential; however, passion is a must.
