We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to represent our music education programs in schools. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about inspiring young musicians and promoting the joy of music.
Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:
£26,000 annually plus potential commission of up to £3,000
Note:
The base salary of £26,000 will be applicable after a specified period. A lower starting salary may apply initially.
Leave:
Enjoy 12 weeks of paid leave each year.
Work Environment:
This position involves travel, primarily within educational institutions.
You will primarily engage with schools but may occasionally require travel across the UK.
Travel Expenses:
A fuel card will be provided in addition to your salary (A valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory for this role).

Role Overview:
Are you a spirited musician eager to motivate the next generation of rock and pop artists? Have you gained experience on the road with bands? Would you like to introduce countless children to the magic of live music?
Imagine being the inspiration that sparked your own musical journey; this role allows you to be that figure every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging music assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK.
- Inspire children aged 4-11 to explore learning an instrument in a band setting.
- Perform daily for an enthusiastic audience of children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff.
- Ensure a seamless experience for new schools starting our music lessons.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in multiple instruments, ideally including drums, guitar, keyboard, and vocals.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- Confident, dynamic, and approachable personality.
- Enjoys performing and public speaking.
- People-oriented with a focus on relationship building.
- Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must possess a full UK driving license and own transportation.
