About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
