RG Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the finance manager in implementing a new system and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts payable processes.
This is an office-based role with flexible working hours, offering a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing high-volume purchase invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Coordinating weekly payments runs and statement reconciliations
- Uploading payments and processing expenses
- Raising BACS runs and assisting with the implementation of new PO software
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
