About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated EAL Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with English as an additional language in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to support students with EAL
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies for EAL students
  • Provide support and guidance to students in a primary school setting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • High knowledge of the English Language at GCSE level
  • Experience working with children or young adults with EAL is desired
  • Commitment to working with students of all abilities
