Job Summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team as a CNC Field Service Technician. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and product expertise to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment using Caterpillar testing equipment and technical skills.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and adhere to established time standards for repairs in the field.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular on-site visits and effective communication.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical advancements to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A valid Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A) relative to this position, following Provincial standards.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in repair and service of heavy equipment both in the shop and in the field.
  • A valid Driver's License (DZ License preferred).
