About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development, working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and create a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Teachers: Assist with lesson delivery, providing guidance and support to students across a range of subjects.
  • Individual Support: Work closely with students, providing tailored support and helping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lesson Planning and Management: Assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and marking, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Special Educational Needs: Provide additional support to students with special educational needs, helping to ensure they receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Progress Feedback: Offer feedback to teachers on student progress, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for development.
