Job Title: PBSA Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team at Tamsin Wheatcroft Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of our PBSA properties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our PBSA properties, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our properties and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our properties and attract new clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our properties are being managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in the student accommodation sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure that our properties are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
