About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Apprentice at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Rushden. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the individual needs of each child are identified and met
  • Supervise and support children at all times, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Engage in a range of interactive activities, including reading, storytelling, and play-based learning
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Adhere to Safeguarding Procedures, prioritizing the welfare and safety of our children
