Job Description:

As a Civils Site Agent with CS Construction Staffing, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering works in the Yorkshire region. Your duties will include:

  • Setting out and management on site for power and energy projects, including battery storage and substations.
  • General civils work, including water treatment, civils upgrades, minor roads, junctions, and enabling works for developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Validated eligibility to live and work in the UK.
